Our Mission: Making Sense of Health®

Health Pals® is a vertically integrated Medical Services Organization created by Felicia Eddings Pharm.D. We were born out of a strong desire to ensure that Employers received value from their health plans. As a licensed healthcare provider, Felicia was concerned that Employers were not getting the quality benefits their employees needed. This created a gap between Employer’s needs and fulfillment.

At Health Pals®, we aim to close that gap. We work with Employers to provide Employee Benefit Programs that have the potential to cover 100% of their employee’s needs. As a privately held organization, our services are unbiased. We’re not funded by PBMs, Insurance, or the Government. We’re funded by individual Employers just like YOU!
