Onboarding

  • How do I onboard my Employees?

    Please watch our onboarding video to learn more about the process. Then, use the spreadsheet at the link below to onboard Employees. You may email the spreadsheet to INFO@HEALTHPALS.CO

  • What are my payment options?

    We accept all the popular payment methods such as Cashier's Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. Thirty percent (30%) of your payment is released as a deposit. The remaining seventy percent (70%) is placed in ESCROW, and released over the remaining term of your contract. 

Pharmacy Shipping & Delivery

  • Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes, free shipping is available for all pharmacy orders that are placed inside the United States. 

  • What delivery courier do you use?

    We use common delivery couriers such as USPS, Fedex, and UPS.

  • How long does the delivery take?

    We usually take 3 to 5 business days for your order to be shipped & delivered. We recommend reordering your prescriptions when you are down to 7 days worth of medication. 

  • How do I track my order?

    You will receive an email or text message from us after you have placed the order and it has been completed. Our in house Pharmacy will let you know when your order is on the move. You will be able to track your order through the shipping partner (e.g. USPS, Fedex, or UPS).

  • Do you ship overseas?

    Unfortunately, our in house Pharmacies do not ship overseas at this time. All shipments must be made to the United States (state or territory).
