What are my payment options?

Employees do not need to worry about paying for any medication that is covered 100%. If a medication is not covered, we will give it to you for the same low price that you see on www.pillpals.co

We accept all of the popular payment methods such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.

Pharmacy Shipping and Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, free shipping is available for all pharmacy orders that are placed inside the United States.

What delivery courier do you use?

We use common delivery couriers such as USPS, Fedex, and UPS.

How long does the delivery take?

We usually take 3 to 5 business days for your order to be shipped & delivered. We recommend reordering your prescriptions when you are down to 7 days worth of medication.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email or text message from us after you have placed the order and it has been completed. Our in house Pharmacy will let you know when your order is on the move. You will be able to track your order through the shipping partner (e.g. USPS, Fedex, or UPS).

Do you ship overseas?

Unfortunately, our in house Pharmacies do not ship overseas at this time. All shipments must be made to the United States (state or territory).
